For our April meeting, we had a return visit from our friends, Mr and Mrs Cunningham. They gave us a talk about the life of the impressionist artist, Claude Monet. They had visited the artist's garden at Giverny in France and showed us slides of their visit.

Mrs Cunningham displayed some tapestries and embroideries which had been made by members of her sewing group.

Altogether, it was an inspiring and fascinating evening. In May, we had a beetle evening and a chat.
